A youth focused program, designed for those that do not require significant behavioral interventions and less intensive services. Therapeutic Mentoring teaches and addresses life skills through “structured, one -to-one support services”. The MARCS Agency’s mentors teach alternative strategies, provide anticipatory guidance, behavioral rehearsals, conflict resolution skills, problem solving skills, social skills, and connect the youth with community resources. Through the utilization of our wrap around services as natural supports, The MARCS Agency is able to effectively help youth reach specific goals needed to help sustain the youth’s optimal functioning in life.
